We hope this finds you and your family well. These last few months have been trying for so many Oklahomans, and we are all anticipating a return to normalcy. Since TimberView was founded, we have been fully committed to the health and safety of our patients, and now more than ever that commitment to your safety will be evident.

TimberView follows recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the guidelines of these agencies closely to ensure we are up to date on any new rulings that may be issued.

Our office is planning to reopen for all appointment types beginning Monday, June 1. In the meantime, we are seeing emergency and immediate need patients upon request. When you return to our office, you will notice a few changes to protect our patients and our staff members:

  • Your appointment may be moved to allow for maximum social distancing of patients in the office.
  • Prior to your appointment, you will receive a text message with a few screening questions. Please fill that out before coming to your appointment.
  • We ask that you come to your appointment alone. If you require someone to drive you, please have them wait in the car. For patients who are younger or need assistance, one person will be allowed to come in with you.
  • When you arrive, please remain in your car and text us at (405) 534-6414. We will come open the door, take your temperature, and show you straight to your treatment room.
  • Please wear a mask to your appointment in and out of the building. If you don't have a mask, use a scarf or t-shirt as a covering.
  • We're keeping the temperature turned down, so please dress warmly as we will not be offering blankets for the time being.
  • For our safety and yours, we will be wearing scrub caps, adding a N-95 mask underneath our normal masks, and we will be wearing face shields. In addition, all treatment rooms and common areas will be thoroughly sanitized between patients and throughout the day.
  • The restrooms are for urgent needs only. Please do your best to not need to make a stop before or after your appointment.
  • Prior to treatment, we will be asking you to rinse with a hydrogen peroxide rinse to reduce risk of virus spread.

You can reach our office at (405) 737-0404 to schedule your appointment. We look forward to seeing you again and appreciate your patience during this difficult time. If you have any questions regarding our procedures or policies in place, please call or email us at office@tvfdentistry.com.
